A smart and extremely well made antique burr walnut chest on chest of drawers. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1890-1910 period.

It is of superb quality and is a great size, with lots of storage space. The burr walnut grain patterns and colour tones are absolutely gorgeous, this has high quality brass handles and sits on bracket feet.

We have recently had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age. There is just some minor wear remaining beneath the polish here and there, and at the very lower edge some minor signs of historical woodworm, long since treated and dead.
