Letter opener with figural ornament, Werkstatte Hagenauer Vienna, ca. 1925, cast brass, marked In addition to the variety of decorative objects designed by the Hagenauer brothers, you can also find plenty of utilitarian items that have been refined with their unique style. These range from candle sticks and ashtrays to hand mirrors. Another example is this letter opener with a figural ornament on the handle. A lady figure is depicted in a stylized pergola.
