with a shining black lacquered top, and sharply geometric brass legs and details, this beautiful pair of console tables carries a stellar French mid-century aesthetic into the contemporary home. Its boxy yet sophisticated style is typical of both the 1970s and designer Jean-Claude.Mahey’s work for French firm Maison Romeo Paris. A brass border runs along the piece, giving it a cohesive and exclusive feel. The console feels retro, without clashing with contemporary interiors.
