Magnificent and rare Rustic Brutalist cabinet or cupboard. Design by Anton Fortuin. Striking Dutch design from the 1940s. Solid oak with two doors, four original drawers and drop-leaf door. At the right side a original pull out shelf. Hand-carved with various carving and date Anno 1944. This wonderful Rustic Brutalist cabinet or cupboard by Anton Fortuin was designed and manufactured for his own house and is in very good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.A real eye-catcher in your home or office. We will ship this lovely piece of furniture in a custom made wooden crate for safe transport when purchased by overseas buyers! Our gallery is a family-owned and managed company which has been dedicated to dealing in 20th century Decorative Arts since it's foundation in the late 1920s.
