Numbered 86/99 and marked by the foundry Blanchet Fondeur in France.
Very good condition according to the age.

César Baldaccini was a French sculptor born on January 1, 1921 in Marseille and died on December 6, 1998 in Paris.
He was a member of the Nouveaux Réalistes movement, born in 1960, and created the bronze sculpture given at the ceremony of the César of French cinema.
The sculpture "Expansion" presented here is a representation of his iconic series, exploring the possibilities of different materials and casting techniques to create unique works of art.
