Here is the set of 4 Impero armchairs. Each armchair features a motif typical of the Empire style. It refers to the moment of rediscovery of classical ornaments. Swans, acanthus leaves, shells and palms. The Empire style survived until Napoleon and continued to disperse into many currents in each of the reconstructed nations of the Restoration. I have managed to put together this interesting set from the collection which is probably the largest collection of chairs from the mid 19th century. It's all made up of individual chairs and armchairs, so the idea of ​​building an eclectic set was the perfect answer. Thanks to the collector's profound knowledge we were able to coordinate chairs with a homogeneous style and this lively mix. Coming from a Biedermeier collector in Verona, the chairs will be sent as-is or free upholstered and given a layer of French polish or refreshing wax.
