About This Piece

Vintage Design

from Italy a very decorative Italian table lamp base, made entirely by hand by Bartolozzi & Maioli in Florence, circa 1950s. On a stepped square base painted in gray faux marble, this lamp rests on an ivory-colored fluted plinth and is embellished with a hand-carved and polychrome-painted pine tree with green leaves.

Wired to the Italian standard suitable for an Edison 27 bulb.
Good condition, minor color loss, see closed image, wear consistent with age and use.
