These mid-century French armchairs/lounge chairs combine a visually stunning structural body with expert caning techniques and high-quality materials. This chair's angles are visually arresting from all sides, in style created by the Swiss architect Pierre Jeanneret for Chandigarh in India. These armchairs would be an eye-catching addition to any interior, such as a living room, family room, screening room, or office. It also perfectly fits in a hospitality or corporate location like a boutique hotel lobby, cocktail bar, members club, or in luxury boutique. In good vintage condition. Wear consistent with age and use. Original webbing panels. The wood has a beautiful patina.
