Dainty mid-century rockabilly sewing basket, Germany circa 1950. Cardboard drum shape body with lid, upholstered in floral printed black vynil, hand painted wooden knob of later date, solid beech conical legs. Mildly cleaned, legs polished, mounted custom made wooden knob, small imperfections and tears.
