Vintage Design

The previous owner had the daybed reupholstered in an original square fabric and used it for barely 3 weeks, so it is like new.

The sofa can be transformed into a day bed with a lying surface of 192cm x 110cm by simply pushing the backrest backwards.

Beautiful minimalist daybed designed by Josef Pentenrieder in 1954 and published by Hans Kaufeld. Germany, around 1950.

Frame and feet made of birch wood, backrest frame made of black painted tubular steel.
