Murano "Barocchi" series by Barovier & Toso candle holder, Italy A beautiful Opal Art Glass of Murano Italy. Barocchi "Baroque series" Designed by Ercole Barovier (1889-1974) for Barovier & Toso. The white (light blue, translucent) Opal colored glass, which turns a beautiful darker blue in different light. A candle holder on 6 leaf-shaped feet with 4 twisted round ribbed arms with gold flakes around the stem ending in a curly Opal leaf. On the leafs a flower as holder for the candle "Baroque series" ca. 1948 The measurement is 33 cm high and 26 cm diagonal. The weight is 2097 grams.
