About This Piece

Novembre is a beautiful etching on paper, realized in 1870 by Carlo Lovera, after Enrico Ghisolfi (Barolo, 1837 -Turin, 1897), as it is reported in the inscriptions on the lower margin on the sides. Title printed at the center of the lower margin. A wonderfully landscape is described in this original print with pleasant graduation of grays and in a balanced composition demonstrating a full mastery of the artistic technique. In excellent conditions, except a tear at the top and bottom in the center.
