Small traditional Japanese chest of drawers from the Taishō period.

Dimensions: height 58 cm, width 57 cm, depth 30.5 cm.

The wood and metal have beautifully aged over the years.

One side of this chest features Japanese calligraphy, likely the name of the previous owner.

This chest is equipped with four drawers with metal handles.

A stylish piece of furniture, particularly useful for storing documents or small items.

This authentic chest is also very suitable for displaying a plant, ceramics, or other objects.

The tansu is in beautiful unrestored condition and shows normal signs of aging, as seen in the photos.
