Elegant Victorian gilded console table in Regency taste, having original veined marble top enclosing original jardinière liner above moulded, beaded, reeded and carved frieze decorated with floral paterae, standing on slender turned, reeded and lotus carved legs united by shaped stretchers with a vase shaped finial flanked by floral swags. This antique hall table retains its original gilt with minor touching up over the years, all in excellent home ready condition. c1860
