About This Piece

Vintage Design

This lovely Victorian mahogany chest of drawers is uniquely serpentine-fronted. Standing on large, tuned legs, the front features attractive fluting rising up to corner octagonal pilasters with turned capitals. The base apron is nicely fretted above which are 3 long and 2 short drawers all with strongly figured mahogany veneers matched in the centre.
