- Meridian graded on one side
- Hand-laminated map on crystal glass ball
- In the unlit state, the political map image of the 1960/70s is visible
- When the globe is illuminated, the topographic map image emerges
- Mountain ranges, lowlands, jungles and oceanic massifs are clearly visible
